1 - Entrust of the property upon your arrival 

The entrust of the property is agreed at the time of booking, stating the date and time of arrival. In case of unexpected delay, please contact us in time. Review the list of facilities on offer. Point out about the malfunction or breakage of the facilities within 24 hours from keys handing. A deposit will be paid as security bond which will be refunded at the end of the lease, after checking the condition of the property and furnishings by the landlord.

2 - Return of the keys on departure 

The flat must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and must be left in the same conditions found upon arrival, so leaving everything neat and clean. At the end of the tenancy the status of the property and furnishings will be checked for the return of the deposit paid as security bond. The keys will be returned to the landlord on the last day of the lease.

3 - Number of guests allowed per apartment  

The number of guests will not exceed the number of beds available. 

4 - Consumption of water, electricity and gas 

The consumption of water, electricity and gas is included in the arranged sum in the contract.

5 - Kitchen linen, sheets and towel 

The kitchen linen, bed sheets and bath towels are included in the arranged sum.

6 - Sublease  

The property cannot in any case be sub-leased to others, under penalty of cancellation of the contract and payment of the whole booked period.

7 - Good neighborliness  

Tenants agree to occupy the dwelling in compliance with all the rules of good neighborliness.

8 - Payments 

To be valid, the reservation must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the entire sum arranged upon confirmation. This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer (bank details will be communicated at the time of booking) specifying the reason for payment the personal details and the agreed rental period.

  The remaining 70% (seventy percent) will be paid on the first day of lease to person in charge, the personal details of the supervisor will be notify you at the time of booking.

At the same time a deposit of 100,00 Euro must be left as security bond which will be refunded with the returning of keys after the check of property condition.
